Maintenance Packages

Weekly Pool Maintenance – Flat rate (chemicals included) - Skim, brush, vacuum, and remove debris from pool, balance chemicals, blow off pool deck, test all equipment, backwash as needed;

Weekly Pool/Spa Maintenance – Flat rate (chemicals included) - Skim, brush, vacuum, and remove debris from pool, balance chemicals, blow off pool deck, test all equipment, backwash as needed


Chem Check – Test and adjust water chemistry. Chem check with chemicals included also avaiable.

Heavy Vac - According pool/spa size: Vacuum pool through deck pump- heavy cleanup after storm, startup, heavy bather load- vacuum, skim, scoop debris from pool

Standalone Spa Service – Service self contained hot tub/spa – remove debris, balance chemicals, test equipment All pool and spa chemicals will be provided, but are not included in maintenance cost. Weekly service includes up to 1 hour of service. Additional labor at additional charge.

Openings and Closings 

Open Pool Only – Remove cover, shock and balance water chemistry, assemble and startup pool equipment, add DE as needed, clean pool (up to 1 hour)

Open Pool/Spa combo – Remove cover, shock and balance water chemistry, assemble and startup pool equipment, add DE as needed, clean pool (up to 1 hour) Additional Pumps – Reassemble and startup additional pumps – i.e., jet pumps, booster pumps, etc. • Water level should be at least halfway up tile at time of startup. Cover should be reasonably clean and dry- an additional charge may be necessary if extra cleaning or a return visit is required. • Opening prices include startup chemicals and up to 1 hour of cleaning. Additional cleaning will be provided at additional rate.

Pool Closing – Lower water level, install cover, evacuate water from plumbing lines and equipment, clean filter, add chemicals, clean pool (up to 1 hour)

Winterize Additional Pumps – Disassemble and winterize additional pumps

Cable Cover – Install cabling for solid or mesh pool cover Closing prices include winterization chemicals and up to 1 hour of pool cleaning. Additional cleaning will be provided at additional rate.
